An iconic building maintaining a strong link with surrounding public space
Three stacked volumes in a fan-shaped arrangement
Interior route and panoramic terraces offering an evolving view of the city

BLOOM embodies a new generation of iconic buildings which, rather than being objects isolated from their context, maintain strong links with the urban landscape of which they form a part.

BLOOM is a window onto the city around it, which one discovers during a gradual ascent offering different perspectives on Banja Luka and the mountainous landscape surrounding it. The architecture of BLOOM is clear: three volumes stacked on top of each other in a fan-like arrangement which, on the ground, creates a generous public space sheltered from the sun and rain. From this shape emerges an urban form under construction, as this new public space aligns with the development of the district around it.
