■ Remodeling a monofunctional building into a mixed-use complex adapted to new urban lifestyles.
■ Foreshadowing the evolution of infrastructure surrounding the project.
■ Utilizing cost-effective, sustainable, and resilient materials.
■ Designing an acoustically optimized building adjacent to a major infrastructure
■ Optimizing housing layouts within the framework of adaptive reuse.
Rehabilitation and conversion of an office building into housing

This transformation aims to renew a monolithic building by integrating it more deeply into the surrounding urban fabric. In response to local constraints—notably the proximity to the A4 highway and the Quai de Bercy—the project emphasizes sustainable architecture and a mix of uses.

The interventions include upgrading the facades, integrating walkthrough courtyards for the housing units, and greening the outdoor spaces. The rehabilitation adheres to strict environmental standards, targeting the French BBC Effinergie low-energy building label, and prioritizes the reuse of materials. This project creates a new link between the city and its infrastructure, while delivering spaces tailored to contemporary needs for mixed-use development and sustainability.
